YPS Information Technology has completed the wipe and re-sync of Schoology Courses and Sections.

ACTION STEPS Please log back into Schoology to verify that your sections have populated correctly from PowerSchool. Below is a video link with instructions on pulling your resources from your Sandbox back to your synced sections.

If you are experiencing any issues related to this re-sync please submit a ticket at https://yukon.incidentiq.com and we will do everything we can to assist you.

YPS Information Technology along with Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment have been working with Schoology to resolve duplication and erroneous student section assignments within our learning management environment. Unfortunately, to resolve these issues in their entirety we must completely wipe our Schoology course and section information synced from PowerSchool and resync all course, section and roster information. This wipe and resync will happen starting at 4:00PM today.

Please do not reenter or update anything in Schoology until you have received the all clear from us.
