This incident has now been resolved.

For any missed punches or corrections for the time frame Time & Attendance was down, please add comments to your digital timesheet with exact start and end times (including lunch) for your supervisor to enter and update on your behalf. Frontline is currently experiencing difficulty for some users to be able to clock in through the Time & Attendance portal. They are working to resolve these issues as soon as possible.
