YPS IT has identified data integration issues with our SchoolMessenger Home App for parents/guardians. SchoolMessenger support and development teams are working as quickly as possible to resolve these issues.

Parents/Guardians/Students: End users that are using the Home App or home.schoolmessenger.com website are unable to retrieve their passwords or activation emails. You may use the old interface at go.schoolmessenger.com to still access settings and report absences other than send chat messages to your teachers.

Teachers: Teachers may now logon to the Chat interface directly through PowerTeacher Pro or PowerSchool Admin interfaces and will no longer logon via email.

YPS IT has identified data integration issues with our SchoolMEssenger Chat interface for employees and the Home App for parents/guardians. SchoolMessenger support and development teams are working as quickly as possible to resolve these issues.

Teachers: Some teachers do not have their rostered information displaying properly and/or unable to logon to the employee interface to manage chat groups and messages. The use of the forgot password function does not work.

Parents/Guardians/Students: End users that are using the Home App or home.schoolmessenger.com website are unable to retrieve their passwords or activation emails. You may use the old interface at go.schoolmessenger.com to still access settings and report absences other than send chat messages to your teachers.
